On pense que la réussite d’une location ne tient pas qu’à de jolies photos ou à des draps bien repassés. Elle tient à une gestion fluide, une stratégie maligne et une connaissance intime de la région.
Fondée en 2021 entre Pézenas et Béziers, Eloria est née d’un double constat :
Trop de biens à fort potentiel restent mal exploités
Trop de propriétaires s’épuisent à distance pour gérer le moindre check-in
